Abstract:The book is divided into the four parts. In the first part titled Experiences and Introspections on the Pilot Project for the Reform of Board of Directors, the author reveals and deliberates the achievements, the problems, difficulties and confusions facing the pilot project for the construction of the board of directors of central SOEs thoroughly and deeply since the launch of the pilot project. In the second part titled The Board of Directors of SOE-Governance and Operation, the author conducts an objective and meticulous analysis and exploration of the methods for building the board of directors and its specialized committees and for allocating and managing the board of directors. In the 3rd part titled the State-Owned Enterprise Group-Governance and Management Control, the author explores how to enhance the SOE group’s ability of group management and control in the case of integrating the construction of the board of directors with parent-subsidiary management control system pragmatically and effectively based on the multilevel state-owned enterprise group. In the last part titled the Supervision and Administration of the State-owned Assets, the author studies the problems concerning the state-owned management system upholding the construction of the board of directors of SOE and its state-owned assets supervision and administration institutions.
