 In-house Training Process
Requirement Analysis 
After accepting training requirements, some trainers and consulting experts of Beijing Truth Consulting will come to clients’ office to provide free consulting service related to training so as to better understand their training requirements and purposes. The analytic tools contain questionnaires, interviews over phone and group discussions.
Internal training solution Tailored according To Actual Circumstances
Beijing Truth Consulting will organize the course customized team and design the corresponding proposals based on the results’ analysis for surveying the training requirements. Proposals will consist of the relevant theory frameworks, practical skills, case analysis tailored for clients and expense structure, etc. so as to guarantee the satisfactory training effects.  
Trainers’ Confirmation 
In order to achieve the best effects, Beijing Truth Consulting will organize our own expert team with practical experiences, external experts and scholars from top universities, senior executives from the distinguished enterprises, gurus from government, senior enterprise management training experts to confirm the training requirements, contents and training experts suitable for the targeted trainees with our clients.
Course implementation
The trainers of Beijing Truth Consulting will be accountable for implementing the tailored training courses. Beijing Truth Consulting will implement our public courses and in-house and on-site training services very strictly according to scientific process, such as the progress control of course time, surrounding control of on-site training, the coordination between the lights and the music, etc. We will try our best to present the abundant training contents to the trainees. 
Effect Evaluation
After training implementation, trainees and their organizations will receive a comprehensive evaluation report on the implementation of training and training effectiveness. We will continue to follow up how satisfied trainees and their organizations are and offer the corresponding training evaluation reports on the research results.
Follow-up Plan
After finishing the training services, Beijing Truth Consulting will keep in touch and pay the continuous attention to the trainees and their organizations. After finishing the internal training implementation, we will explore the skills learned by the trainees in the training and their applications at work further. Then after analyzing the research results, we will give the corresponding guidance on the trainees or provide further solutions and advices.
