Our Summary-The Integrated Construction of the Management Control System and Board of Directors of the Large-sized Wholly State-owned Corporations was highly evaluated by the SASAC of the State Council and honored with the 1st Prize of National Enterprise Management Modernization Innovation for its outstanding results in 2008 , as we helped the Central SOE- Xinxing Cathay International Group (previously as Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co., Ltd.) establish the standardized board of directors and its parent-subsidiaries Management Control System for all its sub-subsidiaries in 2005.
Assistance with Applying for National Enterprise Management Modernization Innovation Achievement
Our findings-HR Management Based on Broad Banding Compensation Systems was honored with the 2nd Prize of the 10th National Enterprise Management Modernization Innovation, as we introduced the modern HR Management System for Zunyi City Branch of Guizhou Provincial Tobacco Corp. in 2002 which was highly appraised d by the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration for its remarkable work and then promoted throughout the country in 2004.
