China Academy of Railway Sciences jointly worked with Beijing Truth Consulting to hold the expert seminar on the corporate culture construction in its historical exhibition on Feb. 2, 2016. One of the leaders of the academy - LI Shouyi (on behalf of WANG Tongjun, the head of the academy), LU Haiping, the head of Department of Party-Masses Relationship, DENG Rulin, the distinguished economist and the professor of Renmin University of China, LI Qun, the professor of Corporate Culture Research Institute of Beijing Jiaotong University, AN Lin, the chairman of the board of Beijing Truth Consulting and Dr. CHEN Qing, general manager of Beijing Truth Consulting participated in the seminar while the team members of the project from the CAR and Beijing Truth Consulting were present in this meeting.
It has been more than one year since China Academy of Railway Sciences launched the corporate culture construction project in Nov. 2014, which was undertaken by Beijing Truth Consulting.Vigorously directed by its leaders, attentively organized by its Department of Party-Masses Relationship and supported by all the employees of the academy, the project hasachieved success in the current stage. At present, the corporate culture philosophy started to be deeply rooted among its employees, which has gradually paid more attention to its corporate culture construction.
Through this corporate culture construction project, Beijing Truth Consulting assisted China Academy of Railway Sciences in clarifying, summarizing and improving the quintessence of its corporate culture since the establishment of CARS. The quintessence not only adheres to the value pursuit and spiritual character of seeking scientific truth and serving our country through scientific research, which is characterized by three generations of scientists represented by MAO yisheng ect. from CARS, but also endows CARS with necessary age characteristics and modern philosophy for its strategic development in this new period.
Before the seminar, all the expert members visited the newly built historical exhibition of China Academy of Railway Sciences together. As the carrier of embodying its material culture and the base of the exhibition and education of its corporate culture, the historical exhibition will play an important and unique role in the publication, implementation and construction of its corporate culture.
